Mark Hansen

Biografía: Mark Hansen is Senior Vice President, Investment Officer, Northwest Region of the Americas for Prologis. His responsibilities include maximizing value-added conversion opportunities, sourcing and executing new redevelopment projects and acquiring value-add and stabilized assets in the region. Prior to joining AMB in 2007, Hansen founded ROI Properties, a property investment, development and entitlement consulting company. Previously, he worked with Barry Swenson Builder and Dividend Development in new development, land entitlement, value-add acquisitions and redevelopment. Prior to that, he did work-outs on distressed, private real estate portfolios, and also founded and operated a construction company. Hansen received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
