Miriam Hicks

Biografía: After working in architecture as a licensed architect for 20 years, my passion for affordable housing took me to Sol Housing in 2018. I wanted to increase the supply of available affordable housing in Albuquerque. As the Director of Housing Development, I oversee projects from site selection, funding applications, entitlements, construction docs, closing, and construction. Our talented team complements each others skills. We hold our properties and believe in building a better Albuquerque.
