Biografía: TOXEY A. HALL, P.E. EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT EDUCATION: B.S., University of Florida, 1981 College of Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering Sciences Registered Professional Engineer in Florida since 1986 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 35 Years PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: Urban Land Institute (Tampa Bay District Council Chairman) Association of Florida Community Developers Builders Association of Greater Tampa (Life Director-NAHB) EXPERIENCE: Before forming Clearview Land Design in 2009, Mr. Hall was with Heidt & Associates for 28 years, most recently as President and Owner. He has 35 years of experience as a civil engineer. As president and owner, Toxey manages the day-to-day operations of Clearview. He has design and administrative experience in all aspects of commercial and residential land development engineering. He has administrative management experience with many multi-thousand acre mixed use projects in the Tampa region. Toxey is a former Chairman of the Urban Land Institute Tampa Bay District Council and serves on the national ULI Community Development Council. In his 3-year term as Chairman of this prestigious group dedicated to responsible urban planning, Toxey became exposed to the vast national resources the Urban Land Institute has to offer. Toxey has been involved in the rule making process during most of the formative and major revision phases for the Hillsborough County Land Development code, the City of Tampa Land Development code, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Hillsborough County Environmental Protection Commission and Southwest Florida Water Management District. Toxey is also an active member of the Association of Florida Community Developers and the Tampa Bay Builders Association, where he is currently Chairman of the Pasco County Codes Committee.
