Brian Jones

Biografía: Brian M. Jones Former President and CEO - West Coast Commercial Developmen Forest City Commercial Group Los Angeles, CA As President and Chief Executive Officer of Forest City's West Coast commercial division, Mr. Jones was responsible for all aspects of commercial development in the western United States. He provided strategic support to the commercial group and explored new international business opportunities for the firm. Several of his large-scale development projects included; San Francisco Centre, a 1.5 million square foot retail/office project in downtown San Francisco; Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, California, a 1.3 million square foot lifestyle town center; the Simi Valley Town Center; Northfield Town Center, a component of Forest City's master planned Stapleton project and the Orchard Town Center, a 1 million square foot mixed-use project in Westminster, Colorado. Mr. Jones attended Willesden College of Technology in England. He is active on the executive board of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, an Urban Land Institute Council member and is on the ULI Advisory Committee and is on the Board of Advisors for Watt Company. Mr. Jones joined Forest City in 1978.
