Matthew Jacobs

Biografía: Matt is co-managing principal of BLDG Partners, LLC, a developer based in Los Angeles that operates an infill development business in Southern California and an affordable housing portfolio outside of California.   Prior to launching BLDG, Matt managed site acquisition, project entitlement, and development activities for Turnberry, Ltd., and for the New York / New Jersey Urban Infill Group of the Pulte Home Corporation. Matt began his career with University Properties, an investment subsidiary of Yale University. Matt is a believer in the importance of urban parks, and since 2001 has worked on a consulting basis with Biederman Redevelopment Ventures, a New York firm specializing in the revitalization and management of urban parks and public spaces.   Matt holds a BA in Urban Studies from Yale University (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
