Greg Kraus

Biografía: T. Gregory (Greg) Kraus Mr. Kraus joined Invesco Real Estate in 2000 where he is Managing Director and Head of Invesco’s Acquisition Group. In addition, Mr. Kraus serves on Invesco’s Investment Committee and North American Executive Committee. Since joining Invesco, Mr. Kraus has served in both a Portfolio Management and Acquisition role with the firm. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Kraus was affiliated with the Harberg-Masinter Company where he helped establish and manage a fund investing in freestanding, net leased retail and restaurant properties. Prior to that, Mr. Kraus served as an acquisition officer with Crescent Real Estate Equities where he was responsible for acquiring properties in major markets in Texas and the western U.S. Before joining Crescent, Mr. Kraus spent thirteen years with The L&B Group and its predecessor company Lehndorff USA, Ltd. Mr. Kraus served in various acquisition and client servicing capacities while at L&B including the last four years as its National Director of Acquisitions and as a member of its strategic planning committee. Mr. Kraus previously served as a limited general partner with Hall Financial Group and was employed at Southland Financial Corporation where he served in an asset management and administrative role. Mr. Kraus holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University. He has 30 years of real estate investment experience.
