Jonathan Kennedy
Biografía: Jonathan serves as a strategic advisor to governments and multilateral organisations on infrastructure policy and projects, specialising in P3 facilitation and best practice delivery, as well as asset recycling and associated microeconomic reform. He has over a decade of experience in the Australian infrastructure market in roles spanning the public and private sectors. This has included serving as Executive Director of Infrastructure Partnerships Australia (IPA) – that nation’s leading infrastructure think tank and executive network – where he advised governments on transport, utilities, social infrastructure, as well as wider public administration. He also led major studies framing and advancing Australia's asset recycling model. Jonathan has published on a range of topics including the P3 model’s evolving risk allocation, construction risk pricing, energy market privatisation, urban water sector competition, and public housing reform, amongst others. Jonathan holds an MSc in Infrastructure Finance and Investment from University College London – awarded with Distinction and Director’s List honours – and is an expert member of the OECD’s Private Investment in Transport Infrastructure Working Group.
