Christopher E. Lambert Project Manager Brailsford & Dunlavey Washington, DC Mr. Lambert's background includes multi-disciplinary education and training in the fields of urban planning, architecture, historic buildings conservation, and real estate development. Prior to joining B&D, Mr. Lambert worked with the architectural firm Einhorn, Yaffee, Prescott, as well as Ehrenkrantz, Eckstut and Kuhn. In these positions, he gained valuable experience in all phases of project planning, design, and construction. He was responsible for the investigation, documentation, and analysis of historic buildings, as well as the formulation of recommendations for facility rehabilitation and reuse. He also was involved in construction administration for rehabilitation and adaptive reuse projects and campus master planning projects in the New York and Washington, DC metro areas. Mr. Lambert's professional aim is to provide balanced and sustainable strategic solutions for clients who are stewards of the built environment. His expertise is in the areas of detailed market analysis (including demographic and statistical data analyses; market supply analysis; focus group moderation and interpretation; development, implementation, and analysis of Web-based statistical surveys; and market demand modeling) and financial feasibility analysis (including the formulation of demand-based real estate products, revenue projections, development and operating costs projections, project development budgeting, and operating pro forma analysis). He also has significant experience in site analysis and selection, physical planning, project phasing strategy, master planning, strategic planning, design team solicitation and selection, and development management / owner's representation. He has completed numerous housing, retail, recreation, and mixed-use assignments. He presently leads the firm's efforts in the area of affordable workforce housing.
