Fay Li

Biografía: Fay partners with real estate investors, developers, asset managers and professional services firms to build capabilities and resilience at their organizations. Through Cultivate & Co, she offers integrated talent solutions that blend executive search with leadership coaching to build adaptable, sustainable, high-performing leaders and teams. Fay is an ICF certified coach with over a decade of executive recruitment experience placing seasoned and emerging leaders across Asia; building teams for private and institutional real estate investors, leading property developers and family offices with deep understanding of cultural nuances, qualities and requirements. She holds leadership roles in community organizations with an aspiration to foster stronger human connections and social values in the built environment and communities. Fay is an active member of The Women’s Foundation and sits on ULI Hong Kong Executive Committee where she co-launched a global creative placemaking initiative Art in Place in Hong Kong with aims to strengthen connections and develop shared values between artists, real estate enterprises, and neighborhood communities.
