Roger Lessman

Biografía: Roger W. Lessman- #18941 February 3, 2001 EXPERIENCE: Roger Lessman is a 30-plus-year veteran of resort real estate, having created a legacy of high quality, responsible resort development projects in some of the most sought-after natural environments in the world. He is well-known within the industry for taking projects from the idea stage, through entitlement to completion, while maintaining the company's reputation, honest budgeting, team loyalty and the respect of the community. Lessman founded Click LLC, a real estate development, sales and marketing, and investment company in early 2009 to address the rapidly changing development world. Click LLC is designed to take a new approach to emerging technologies, changing markets and different financial resources. Lessman is the hands-on President of Click LLC. As a partner with Colorado-based East West Partners, Roger served as Managing Partner and President of Three Sisters Mountain Village, a $3 billion, 2,000-acre resort in the Canadian Rockies. Prior to that he was Managing Partner for EWP's Tahoe Mountain Resorts in North Lake Tahoe, California, where he started from scratch and developed $3.5 billion of real estate projects near Lake Tahoe, including The Village at Northstar, The Highlands, Old Greenwood, Gray's Crossing and Tahoe Mountain Club. His big-picture vision made EWP first in what has become a widespread renaissance in North Lake Tahoe. Before joining East West Partners, Roger was President and CEO of Sugarbush Ski Resort in Vermont, served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Vail Associates in Colorado, and was a founding executive of Beaver Creek Resort. Roger's educational background is in aeronautical engineering and he is passionate about technology. When he's not creating great real estate projects, he serves as owner and driver for Lessman Racing, Inc., a design, fabrication and operations company established to set a new land speed record for wheel-driven autos operating on alternative fuel.
