Steven La Terra

Biografía: Steven La Terra serves as Managing Director of Meyers Research, a subsidiary of Kennedy Wilson Company (NYSE: KW). In addition to managing the Arizona Operations of the Advisory practice, Mr. La Terra oversees the Capital Markets Group of Meyers Research. His client base includes some of the largest private and institutional investment companies in the real estate industry. Prior to Meyers, Mr. La Terra owned a land investment/lot banking company and served in Principal and Senior Executive positions with Land Advisors Capital, APEXCapital and Acacia Capital Corporation. During his career, Mr. La Terra has purchased and sold more than 20,000 residential lots throughout the United States and has raised several hundred million dollars on behalf of real estate operators as an investment banker. Mr. La Terra is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute and has served as the Chair of a National Product Council and as Chair of ULI Arizona. He serves on the Board of Directors of an international investment company with operations in the United States and Mexico and he is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council. He gives back to the community through his involvement with charitable organizations such as the Executive Council, EC70 Charities (formerly Boys and Girls Clubs), City of Hope and the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona. Mr. La Terra received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University and a Development Certificate from the Masters of Real Estate Program at Arizona State University.
