Tiffany Lau
Biografía: Tiffany is the Founder & Principal of Apart Companies, an advisory, project management, and development firm with a presence in New York City and Hong Kong, focused on creative repositioning and redevelopment of commercial real estate in global urban markets. Before founding Apart, Tiffany was a Management Consultant and member of the in-house dedicated Penn Plaza team at Vornado Realty Trust, the largest office owner in New York City, executing development projects across 9 million square feet of properties within the district around Penn Station - one of the world's busiest transit hubs. Prior to joining Vornado, Tiffany was a Vice President of Development & Capital Markets at Jamestown Properties, and an Assistant Vice President and Chief of Staff in the Asset Management Group of the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Tiffany earned a B.A. in Urban Design and Architecture from New York University, and a M.Sc. in Real Estate Development at Columbia University. She has held various leadership positions and been on the Management Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) New York, and the Alumni Board for Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation. Tiffany was also invited to be on three ULI Advisory Services Panels focused on repositioning and redevelopment in London, UK for Grosvenor (2012), Buffalo City, South Africa for the World Bank (2014), and most recently, Beijing, China for the Qianhai Municipal Government (2018). She currently sits on the ULI National Urban Revitalization Council - Gold Flight and serves as Executive Director for ULI Hong Kong.
