Ali Ghulam Murtaza

Biografía: I have a diverse real estate background mainly on several years as a real estate investment manager/director for real estate developers with projects in Bahrain, KSA and minor experience in Europe. I also worked for a regional sovereign fund as a real estate investment manager with exposure in Oman, UAE, Europe and US . Additionally, I have worked with the Economic Development board for several years and closed over US$2.5bn in deals for the real estate, tourism and leisure sectors focusing on the Kingdom of Bahrain. Currently, I am working for a leading National Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia focuses on heritage, culture, and large scale mix use development exceeding US75 bn in total development cost. My main skills do lie in working with investors and helping them identify opportunities within my region of expertise.
