Lee Menifee

Biografía: Lee Menifee is the Managing Director of Research and Strategy for American Realty Advisors. In this role, Mr. Menifee is responsible for leading the firm’s research efforts, and is a member of American’s Investment Committee. Most recently, Mr. Menifee served as a Managing Editor for BCA Research, where he was responsible for establishing the firm’s global real estate strategy service. Prior to this position, Mr. Menifee was with CBRE Global Investors for 14 years, most recently as Senior Director in the Research Department, where he was responsible for establishing and overseeing the new division dedicated to global strategy, and was responsible for the firm’s Global House View, a summary of major global risk and return outlooks affecting real estate.
