Leroy Moore

Biografía: ID# 202521 January, 2005 Mr. Moore has worked in the affordable housing arena for over 19 years. He currently holds the position of Senior Vice-President/Chief Development Officer with the Housing Authority of the City of Tampa. In this position Mr. Moore oversees all operations of the Authority's Office of Real Estate Development including capital projects, acquisitions, dispositions, development, homeownership, energy performance contracting, strategic planning and special projects. Mr. Moore has been employed at the THA since May 1998. Prior to coming to Tampa Mr. Moore operated his own management consulting company providing professional services to public and Indian housing authorities throughout the country. Mr. Moore has held director level positions in a number of Authorities including Memphis, Peoria, Oakland, and Atlanta. Additionally he held the position of Project Director for Borrell Technology Incorporated under contract with HUD to provide professional services to the Court appointed Receiver for the District of Columbia Housing Authority in Washington DC. During this 2-year assignment Mr. Moore worked directly with the Receiver assisting with reorganization of the Authority.
