Brian Natale

Biografía: Brian Natale, CPP is a Senior Vice President of Summit Health/CityMD/VillageMD which operates approximately 900 healthcare facilities throughout the country. Mr. Natale has over 17 years of experience in the healthcare operations field and, in his current role, is responsible for all aspects of physical site growth from existing site renovations to the selection, design, and construction of all new site development projects. During his tenure at the organization Mr. Natale has been intimately involved with the growth evolution of the healthcare delivery system shifting from a “traditional medical office building” mentality to the current focus on adaptive reuse of retail type real estate. In the past 2 years Mr. Natale’s team successfully delivered over 100 projects ranging in size from 2500 SF to 100k SF with a total capital value of $550m. In addition to his construction and growth responsibilities he also has all day to day physical operations such as facilities & maintenance and security services under his purview.
