Brian Nicholson

Biografía: Brian Nicholson serves as Vice President of Development where he is responsible for executing development functions for multifamily and mixed use real estate projects in the Carolinas with a focus on planning, entitlement, financial analysis, and overall management of the development process for LMC, a Lennar Company. Mr. Nicholson’s background includes experience in commercial office, retail, hospitality and multifamily. Brian spent the first 10 years of his career in the Washington, D.C. market, most notably as a Project Executive for Kettler where he focused on high rise condos and apartments valued over $1 billion across 4,000 homes. After moving to Charlotte in 2011, Brian held positions at Crescent Communities, Levine Properties and Leon Capital Group where he led over $700 million in urban infill developments. A native of South Florida, Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
