Biografía:
Chris is a Partner, member of the Global Investment Committee and has responsibility for the US investment and advisory business for GreenOak, a real estate advisory and principal investing firm formed in 2010 and led by John Carrafiell, Sonny Kalsi, Chris Niehaus and Fred Schmidt with offices in London, New York and Tokyo. Chris previously spent 28 years at Morgan Stanley and served as Global Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investment Banking business; Vice Chairman of Morgan Stanley Real Estate from 2006 to 2010 as well as the Portfolio Manager for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund VI International from 2009 to 2010, leading the restructuring and stabilization of the second largest real estate private equity fund, which had over $33 billion of assets in 71 investments in over 20 countries. Chris was an Investment Committee Member for the MSREF and Special Situations Funds from 1994 to 2010 and served a director for a number of investment companies in the US and internationally. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he chaired the Real Estate Advisory Council and serves on the Presidential Leadership Council. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1985. Chris serves as a member of the Board of WP Carey where he chairs two committees. Chris serves as Chairman of the Board of Student Sponsor Partners of New York City. Chris is a longstanding Council member of ULI and is a trustee of ICSC, where he serves on the Executive Board. Directorio de miembros  Arrow
