Biografía:
Dr Diana Nada is an Associate Director in Turner & Townsend’s Program Advisory Practice, based in Toronto. She collaborates with clients across Canada and globally, providing them with strategic advice aimed at cultivating sustainable communities through successful delivery of their infrastructure programs. Her expertise extends various sectors including transit, transportation, education, healthcare, defense, mixed-use developments as well as oil and gas industries. A project management expert and a published scholar, she brings over two decades of purposeful leadership and consultancy expertise in capital projects. Her contributions have significantly aided clients in making informed decisions through strengthened project governance and oversight, reinforced project assurance and controls, as well as enhanced PMO frameworks. Notably, she emphasizes the pivotal role of collaboration, trust, and information sharing in decision making and delivery of capital projects With a background in civil engineering and a PhD in Project Management from the University of Calgary, Dr Nada’s research explores the fundamental aspects and psychology of major capital programs. Examining both their failures and success factors highlighting the nuanced interplay between c-suite executives and project implementers when funding and delivering infrastructure projects. Recognized for her achievements, she was shortlisted as one of the shortlisted Finalists for the 2020 Woman Infrastructure Network (WIN) Emerging Leaders in Canada as well as an inductee in the ULI WLI Champions Team.
