Victoria Noonan

Biografía: Vicki Noonan leads Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago. As Managing Principal, she provides strategic leadership to a team of more than 350 professionals who create holistic solutions for the firm’s investor and occupier clients across the region. In her role, Ms. Noonan focuses on business development, client service, and increasing the firm’s brand presence in the marketplace. Additionally, she is responsible for shaping Cushman & Wakefield’s growth strategy and recruiting efforts in Chicago. Ms. Noonan joined Cushman & Wakefield from Tishman Speyer, the largest owner of office properties in Chicago, where she enjoyed a three-decade career and led the firm’s Chicago and Milwaukee leasing teams. In this capacity, she specialized in creating value for commercial real estate owners through commercial lease negotiations, and was involved in all facets of property ownership—from capitalization to operations. A Chicago native, Ms. Noonan has made a name for herself as one of Chicago’s most respected commercial real estate executives; her market knowledge, brand-management skills, and vision are unsurpassed. She is a member of CREW Chicago, the Economic Club of Chicago, and the ULI Chicago Women’s Leadership Initiative Advisory Board. Additionally, she sits on the Roosevelt University Board of Directors, and is immediate past chair of SGA Youth & Family Services. Ms. Noonan is a graduate of DePaul University and the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she serves on the Board of Overseers and recently established the Victoria L. Noonan Scholarship.
