Biografía:
Sherry has nearly two decades of experience as an active land use economics and real estate advisory consultant. She specializes in economic development, market analysis, impacts analysis, public finance, real estate advisory, and sustainable practices, with a strong focus on quantitative methods. She leads projects across BAE’s offices and oversees its national practice, contributing her strong project management and problem-solving skills to BAE’s clients. Sherry specializes in providing development advisory services, as well as market, financial feasibility and impacts analyses for BAE’s engagements. Sherry received an MA in Economics from California State University, Sacramento, and a BA in Economics from Georgia State University. She has lectured on real estate market analysis for the ULI Real Estate School, and participated as an expert member of AIA’s Urban Development Advisory Team for the Elysian Fields Avenue corridor in New Orleans. She is a former ULI Los Angeles District Council Advisory Board member. She earned her designation as a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional in 2007.
