Tom Owens

Biografía: Mr. Owens is Chief Risk Officer and Senior Managing Director monitoring Hines investments and services worldwide. He serves as a member of the firm’s Executive and global Investment Committees. He also chairs the firm’s Risk, Sustainability & Corporate Citizenship Committee. He helps coordinate and monitor expansion into the firm’s multifamily platform. He is involved in financing initiatives, investment oversight and capital ventures. Previously he served as fund manager for a variety of funds, all of which have been monetized, and has extensive experience in project, construction and property management. Owens graduated from Texas A & M University with a BS in Building Construction and received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
