Anand Parthasarathy

Biografía: Anand advises a variety of clients on Sustainability and Health & Wellness strategies in the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate space. He manages third-party building sustainability programs for multiple high-profile REITs in support of their ESG efforts in the United States. After practicing architecture for multiple years, Anand’s passion for innovative projects brought him to the University of Texas where he earned his master’s degree in Sustainable Design. He went on to lead green building projects throughout Asia, the United States and Canada and teach college courses on sustainable design. Anand uses his wide-ranging skillset to advocate for his clients and help them achieve their sustainability goals.
