John Quigley

Biografía: I am an Audit & Assurance Manager at Deloitte with over 7 years of real estate industry experience serving both public and privately held clients. I have experience with technical accounting matters including asset impairments, acquisitions and purchase price accounting, and lease accounting. I have also worked with clients in executing debt and equity offerings. I currently serve as Chief of Staff to Deloitte’s US Real Estate Sector Leader, assisting in the management of the firm’s National Real Estate practice. I am located in the Greater Philadelphia area and am interested in becoming more involved with ULI at a local level. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family.
