Jane Renwick

Biografía: Jane Renwick is the Executive Vice-President of Sevoy Developments. She oversees and manages Sevoy’s daily operations and is responsible for leading Sevoy’s corporate growth strategy. Jane’s real estate career started in the early-2000’s. She has worked as a consultant providing market research and analysis to the development industry, for a brokerage specializing in new construction marketing and sales, and for some of the industry’s foremost developers. At Diamond Kilmer Developments, a partnership between DiamondCorp and Kilmer Group, Jane launched the brand, and was integral to the development of various mixed-use, multi-residential projects in Toronto and Mississauga. Her focus was on master-planning and detailed design development, along with marketing and sales. Prior to joining Sevoy, Jane was President of Freed Developments, heading the redevelopment of four iconic Ontario resorts and managing the development, marketing and construction of a number of medium and high-density projects in Toronto. Jane knows how critical it is to meet development milestones and sales targets to ensure the successful buildout and registration of new multi-residential projects. She believes in collaboration and supporting every aspect of the development cycle. Her strong foundation in market research and analysis, coupled with her years of her experience in operations, development, marketing and sales has provided her with invaluable insight into the residential development business. Jane is also co-founder of WRED – a networking and mentoring initiative supporting women in real estate development. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from McGill University.
