Lawrence Rose

Biografía: Larry is currently the Principal of The Rose Group, a real estate development and investment firm with an expertise in re-purposing under-utilized properties. Larry is currently redeveloping several Sears properties for Seritage Growth Properties (NYSE: SRG) in New York and New Jersey totaling over 1,000,000 square feet of retail, office and multi-family. Previously Larry oversaw all East Coast redevelopment activities for Kimco Realty. He also worked at Forest City Ratner in New York and oversaw the development of Atlantic Terminal in Downtown Brooklyn and East River Plaza in New York City. Larry holds an MBA from Columbia University and BA from Vassar College.
