Teresa Ruiz

Biografía: Teresa is a Principal and Studio Director for TCA’s Oakland office with over 20 years of experience in Multifamily architecture. She received the ENR California 20 under 40 and the Terwilliger Center for Housing Excellence Awards. Teresa is serving her 2nd term at the Alameda Planning Board, is an emeritus executive board member for the ULI SF District Council, and serves on multiple ULI Product Councils.
