William C. Reynolds Director Housing & Development for the City of Pasadena William Reynolds is the director of the Housing & Development for the City of Pasadena. He is responsible for citywide economic development, real estate, and housing programs, including the management of eight redevelopment project areas. Before his appointment in 1981, he was the deputy executive director of the Pasadena Redevelopment Agency during construction of Plaza Pasadena and the world headquarters of Avery International, now Avery Dennison. He has been involved in the management of inner-city commercial, residential, and retail development for 20 years, including the public sector participation in the Plaza Las Fluentes, a 1 million square foot mixed-use project with Maguire Partners; the development of 600 residential units within Pasadena's National Register Civic Center District; and a $28 million parking program to support the revitalization of the Old Pasadena Historic District. Mr. Reynolds is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and has served on several of its executive councils. He serves in the Board of Directors of the Pasadena Center Operating Company which operates the 3,000 seat Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Directorio de miembros  Arrow
