Gary Sandor

Biografía: Gary M. Sandor I am Vice President of The Catalyst Group (thecatalystgrp.com). Our practice is focused on providing development management, marketing and sales services to developers of resort and highly amenitized master planned communities throughout the southeastern U.S., the Caribbean, the western U.S., and the Pacific. My background includes seven years with Reed Development, first creating product lines and builder programs to complete the sell-out of Berkley Hall, and later as a partner in the development of Hampton Lake in Bluffton, S.C. Prior to Reed, I was Sr. Vice President of the Bonita Bay Group, where I oversaw the development of multiple communities including Bonita Bay, The Brooks, Mediterra, Twin Eagles and Verandah (1996-2003). My current responsibility and focus is on new business development and counselling clients regarding market research objectives, land planning, product envisioning-design-and-development, builder programs, amenity package programing, and the integration of marketing and sales programs.
