Biografía: March 2018 Wilson G. Stone Senior Vice President Capital Markets Piedmont Office Realty Trust Wilson Stone joined Piedmont Office Realty Trust in 2007 with responsibilites and oversight for capital markets transactions along the U.S. East Coast. Mr. Stone has over 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and financing of projects totaling in excess of 25 million square feet. Before joining Piedmont, Mr. Stone spent two years with a privately held real estate equity fund as its acquisitions/joint ventures director and the preceding five years at PNC Capital Markets as a managing director in the Real Estate Structured Finance Group. Prior to his tenure with PNC, Mr. Stone spent 11 years with Cushman & Wakefield in their Washington, DC office as an investment sales broker. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Real Estate Investment Management, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
