David Traggorth

Biografía: Dave oversees all of the work of Traggorth Companies with special emphasis on acquisition opportunities, permitting, and construction. Since Dave started Traggorth Companies in 2013, he has successfully executed multiple mid-sized smart growth, urban infill multifamily projects working collaboratively with communities to balance affordability, tenure, historic preservation, and economic development. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and Citizens Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA), graduate of Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, and earned his Master’s in Urban Planning and Community Development at the University of Maryland School of Architecture.
