Don Taylor

Biografía: Don Taylor is the Director and Global Head of Swire Properties' Office Portfolio, overseeing a portfolio of nearly 14 million square feet of completed office buildings and projects under development in both Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland. He spearheads the transformative HK$16 billion Taikoo Place Redevelopment Project, which stands as Swire Properties' largest office development to date. With over three decades in the real estate sector, he leads a dynamic team of 300 professionals dedicated to the design, development, leasing and management of a diverse range of world-leading office assets. A strong advocate for sustainability, Mr Taylor is committed to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into all aspects of Swire Properties' operations. Additionally, he oversees Swire Properties Inc. USA and the execution of the company's strategy in Miami. Mr Taylor is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS). Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr Taylor serves on the boards of several non-profit organisations, including as longtime Chairman of the Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation and The Zubin Foundation where he has served both as Chair and Vice Chair of the Fundraising Committee.
