Mihail Tonchev

Biografía: Mihail Tonchev is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Kempen Capital Management’s Real Assets team based out of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He co-manages both the Global and European property funds where ESG has been integrated since 2011. His listed real estate coverage spans Europe as well as Canada and the US as does his previous working experience. Prior to joining Kempen, Mihail spent time as a sell-side research analyst covering European equities. Prior to that he worked at Grosvenor in London as part of their long/short REIT hedge fund. His career started in Montreal, Canada working as a REIT analyst in an income oriented long-only fund.
