Nathan D. Taft Partner/Managing Director Acquisitions Jonathan Rose Companies Nathan joined Jonathan Rose Companies in 2004. He oversees the Acquisitions Team that acquires and preserves affordable, mixed and middle income multifamily housing nationally. He has led the investment of six equity funds, acquiring assets with more than $1 billion of value. Nathan has expanded Rose’s national brokerage and partnership networks and helped Rose grow into one of the country’s leading developers and investors in the field. In 2017, Nathan and his team were recognized as the largest acquirer of affordable housing in the country, and during his tenure, Rose’s portfolio has grown to 15,000 units coast to coast. In addition to acquiring assets directly, he has aligned the firm with local joint venture partners, both for profit and nonprofit, who share Rose’s vision and commitment to making an impact. As a mission-driven firm, Rose acquires multifamily housing in transit-oriented or walkable locations, extends affordability, improves economic and environmental performance, and works to enhance the lives of residents. Nathan’s prior experience includes working for an impact focused private equity fund at J.P. Morgan and leading public-private economic development partnerships for Yale University. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association as well as the Urban Land Institute, where he sits on the Affordable Workforce Housing Council. Nathan earned an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in History from Yale University. He lives with his wife and two kids in New York City. Directorio de miembros  Arrow
