Sonja Trauss

Biografía: Sonja Trauss is the Executive Director of Yes In My Back Yard (YIMBY Law) and the founder of SF Bay Area Renters Federation, which was the first YIMBY group. Sonja's story founding (or instigating?) the YIMBY movement is told in Golden Gates by NYTimes reporter Conor Dougherty. YIMBY Law operates in several states enforcing state housing laws via monitoring, education and in CA, lawsuits. Today she lives in Berkeley with her husband and 3 young children.
