Shawn Veldhouse

Biografía: Shawn Veldhouse joined the New York State Common Retirement Fund ("CRF") in 2015 and currently serves as the Deputy Director of Real Estate Investments. He has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities as well as managing external fund and joint venture relationships. Prior to joining CRF, Mr. Veldhouse worked in various private equity real estate and debt positions with several notable firms including, Real Estate Capital Partners, Insignia Financial Group, RREEF, and GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Mr. Veldhouse received his MBA from Loyola University Chicago and his BS in Finance from the University of Utah.
