Dan Woodward

Biografía: Recently retired, Dan was Senior Vice President and Tampa Market Leader with Highwoods Properties, overseeing a portfolio of 3.2M SF. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development, leasing, marketing and finance. Prior to joining Highwoods in 2006, Dan was senior vice president with Trammell Crow Company, overseeing the company’s development activities in Central Florida. He was recently active in a variety of professional and civic organizations including the Tampa Bay EDC Board of Directors, ULI Tampa Bay Executive Board, past president of the Central Florida Chapter of NAIOP and past president of the Westshore Alliance. He also served on the Advisory Board for the Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Florida. Dan earned his BS and MBA degrees from the University of Florida and earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT.
