Gregory Wolkom

Biografía: Greg is a senior finance and operations executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and financing, including both public entity and portfolio and single-asset transactions. Executive experience includes extensive financial institution relationships; relationships with publicly traded and privately held real estate and operating companies; private equity money-managers; and individual owners. Greg is currently Executive Vice President with Wells Fargo Bank. He is based in San Francisco and is responsible for coverage of all publicly traded lodging and leisure companies as well as all privately held owners and operators based in the western half of the United States. The current hospitality portfolio exceeds $4 billion. Previously, Greg was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Kimpton Hotels and Resorts, also based in San Francisco. Kimpton is a 30 year old company and credited with founding the Boutique sector of the hospitality sector. While Greg was with Kimpton the company grew to 50 owned and managed hotels with revenues exceeding $750 million. Prior to joining Kimpton, Greg was a 20 year veteran of Bank of America, holding several key position in both the Hospitality and Real Estate Sectors including Global Head of Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking. Greg is a member of the Board of Trustees of Mercy Housing Corporation of California and an active member of The Urban Land Institute. Greg lives in Marin County with his wife Wendy and three children.
