Robert Youngentob

Biografía: March 2006 Robert Youngentob is President and Co-Founder of EYA, LLC formally Eakin/Youngentob Associates, Inc. EYA specializes in the development and construction of urban in-fill residential communities in the Washington, D.C. metro area. EYA delivers approximately 200 homes per year with gross sales of over $100,000,000. The firm has won numerous local and national awards for the designs and the marketing of its communities, including being a winner of the 1998 "ULI Award of Excellence" for best residential community in the country. The National Association of Home Builders and Builder Magazine awarded Eakin/Youngentob the prestigious America's Best Builder Award for the year 2000. In 1996, Mr. Youngentob and his partner were recognized as the Real Estate "Entrepreneur of the Year" for the Washington region. Since 2003, Mr. Youngentob has been serving on the ULI Washington Executive Committee. Mr. Youngentob grew up in the Washington area, graduated from Lehigh University and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
