Mike Zoellner

Biografía: Mike Zoellner is the Managing Partner of ZF Capital, a Colorado investment company primarily focused on acquiring multifamily and mixed-use commercial properties that require Development or Repositioning. ZFC was formed in 2017. Prior to forming this company, Mike founded RedPeak Properties in 2001 and managed the organization for 16 years. He was also a founding partner of Legacy Partners in 1998 and started his career with Lincoln Property Company. During his career, he has developed several billion dollars of real estate including over 70 apartment & condominium projects totaling over 12,000 units. Mike is also The Managing Partner and part Owner of the Kenosha Kingfish Baseball Club in the Northwoods League. Mike is currently the Chair the Colorado Multifamily Housing Alliance, a better government fund that represents the political & economic interests of the apartment industry. He was also a Board member at Mercy Housing for many years. He is also a past Chair of ULI Colorado and is currently a member of the Platinum MF Council. Mike was also an original ULI Colorado REDI mentor in 2009 to improve diversity in the Commercial Real Estate Industry in Colorado. Inaugural Inductee into the Apartment Association of Metro Denver Hall of Fame (2015) and also the Colorado Real Estate Journal named him an ICON of the Multifamily Industry (2016). Mike has been on the Board of Directors for Citywide Banks of Colorado since 1992. He is also a past Chair of the Downtown Denver Partnership and a former Chair of the Business Improvement District in Downtown Denver. He is also a past Trustee at Creighton University & Regis Jesuit HS. In addition, he is currently a Board member of the Denver Police Foundation as well as the Colorado Symphony & Chair of the Facilities Committee. Mike has a BSBA in Finance from Creighton University as well as a Juris Doctor degree from the School of Law at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
