State of Green: Leading Real Estate Voices on the Business Case for Sustainability
Resumen del seminario web: Sustainability in real estate is constantly evolving, and the last two years have seen exceptional growth in new commitments to net zero, adoption of new green proptech, acceleration in embodied carbon reduction, and more. The ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance’s annual State of Green: Performance Report delivers insights into the real estate industry’s progress on reducing carbon emissions, energy use, water use, and waste, and achieving the Greenprint Net Zero Operations by 2050 goal. For the first time ever, voluntary embodied carbon data was also collected. Greenprint members have also implemented industry leading efforts in reducing embodied carbon and exploring low carbon materials in their projects.
