Sandy Albert

Biographie : Sandy is a leader in multifamily and mixed-use real estate investment and development nationally. He is a Principal and Managing Partner at CityPads, a housing investment and development company based in Los Angeles and Chicago with a mission of making cities and neighborhoods better and more affordable. Prior to CityPads, Sandy helped spearhead real estate growth activities at Common, the largest technology-driven and community-focused residential brand in the United States. Sandy's career spans 17 years of real estate investment management, acquisitions, development, and finance in Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago. He's a 17 year member of the Urban Land Institute and a founding member of the ULI Technology and Real Estate (Gold) Global Product Council.
