Jenn Bosser

Biographie : Jenn Bosser is the president & CEO of Iredell County Economic Development Corporation a public-private partnership economic development organization responsible for business attraction, existing industry expansion, workforce development, marketing and community development across Iredell County, located in the Charlotte Region of North Carolina. She joined Iredell EDC in August 2019 and developed a comprehensive economic development strategy which has resulted in 115 new and expanding announcements resulting in the creation of 5,500 new jobs, $2 billion in capital investment, and a pipeline of 14 million square feet of new industrial development product. Jenn also oversees Iredell Ready, a collaborative workforce effort aimed to build a skilled workforce pipeline in Iredell through career exploration, awareness, and strategic initiatives to increase credentials and postsecondary career pathway completions. Jenn started her career in economic development with the Washington, DC Economic Partnership. She moved to North Carolina in 2005 and held several different positions at the state, regional, and local level in economic development, including the North Carolina Technology Association, Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster, Wake County Economic Development Corporation, and City of Raleigh. She is actively involved on several boards at the region and state including as the 2023-2025 Chair of the Charlotte Economic Business Alliance Economic Development Advisory Council, Economic Partnership of NC’s Economic Development Advisory Council, Centralina Regional Council’s Board of Directors. Jenn is currently a member of Charlotte and Triangle CREW and served on the board and as President of Triangle CREW in 2018, member of the International Economic Development Council and serves on the Professional Education and Certification Committee, and is a member of the North Carolina Economic Development Association and serves on the Membership & Marketing Committee. Jenn is a graduate from Towson University and Oklahoma University, is a certified economic developer by the International Economic Development Council and also is a North Carolina licensed Real Estate Broker.
