Joanne Broadway

Biographie : Joanne M. Broadway is Senior Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar and oversees the management operations for the Central North division that includes offices in Dallas, Chicago and Minneapolis. Her responsibilities include leading teams in those respective cities, monitoring performance and growth initiatives and developing strategies to ensure client goals and objectives are achieved. Joanne has been active in the multifamily industry since 1994 and joined Greystar through the JPI acquisition in 2008. A skilled coach and mentor, Joanne served as a regional trainer role and was promoted to director of people development during her tenure at JPI, fostering teamwork throughout her portfolio that extended to her clients. Joanne earned her bachelor’s degree in Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas.
