Kambiz Babaoff

Biographie : Kam has extensive experience in development, ownership and management of a wide variety of commercial real estate properties. In addition to business development, Kam's primary responsibilities include identifying new concepts of development, creating innovative financing structures, managing investor relationships, and negotiating debt financing. Kam has managed the acquisition and development of millions of square feet of medical offices, commercial offices and hotel properties. His diligence combined with his vast experience has earned the respect of a growing legion of investors, franchisors, lenders, municipalities, and communities. He continues to draw upon his knowledge and expertise to develop innovative structures for real estate development and acquisitions that produce winning results. Mr. Babaoff remains dedicated to community arts and culture. He served on the board of the California Health Facilities Financing Authority and is currently serving on the boards of several other educational and healthcare related non-profit organizations. He is also an ongoing supporter of several California municipalities, including the City of Long Beach.
