M. Chase Burritt

Biographie : M. Chase Burritt National Director, Hospitality Services Group E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group Chase is the firm's National Director for Hospitality Industry Services, including hotels, resorts and other leisure time industries. He directs a staff of more than 75 professionals located in major markets throughout the United States. Chase is responsible for all client matters involving hospitality, with specific skills in development, finance, operations and asset management. His clients include large multinational organizations with operations throughout the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. Recent projects include: -Defined financing structure for $225 million in lodging acquisitions for US investor -Guided development of full-service lodging chain into foreign markets resulting in multi-unit additions to the group -Streamlined development process for a national hotel chain, resulting in major expansion throughout the Southeastern US within a shortened time frame A graduate of Cornell University, Mr. Burritt is an Associate Professor at Florida International University School of Hospitality Management. He is the author of many articles, is often quoted in industry and trade publications, and is a frequent speaker. He serves on several industry boards and is considered an expert in hotel finance, development and investment evaluations.
