Michael Buchanan

Biographie : Michael R. Buchanan Executive Vice President Real Estate Lending Mr. Buchanan is the Executive Vice President in charge of Real Estate Lending at NationsBank. Mr. Buchanan had been with NationsBank and its predecessor banks for twenty-six years engaged in all phases of real estate banking. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, the Harvard Program for Management Development and the Stonier School of Banking. He is a member of the Financial Roundtable of the National Association of Realtors, the Mortgage Roundtable of the National Association of Home Builders and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Buchanan serves on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and is a Vice Chairman of the National Realty Committee. He is also a member of the National Realty Committee's Real Estate Capital Policy Advisory Committee. In addition, he has also served The Nature Conservancy as a member of their Real Estate Advisory Board. Mr. Buchanan has been a past Chairman of the American Bankers Association Real Estate Division and the Robert Morris Associates Real Estate Lending Committee.
