Stephan Bone-Winkel

Biographie :
Stephan Bone-Winkel is the Managing Partner of CEOS Investment GmbH, an independent investment company based in Berlin, Germany. CEOS invests in public and private real estate companies, participates in entrepreneurial and social projects, and promotes interdisciplinary research and teaching in the field of real estate economics. Primary partnerships in property development include AVENTOS Management GmbH, Cilon GmbH, and Swiss Life Asset Managers Logistics GmbH. Stephan Bone-Winkel is also a founder and a member of the Supervisory Board of BEOS AG, which is the leading developer and investment manager of industrial real estate in Germany. BEOS AG has over 220 employees and manages assets worth EUR 7.1 bn. In 2003, Stephan Bone-Winkel was appointed to the Endowed Chair of Real Estate Project Development at European Business School. 2006 he was appointed the Honorary Professor for Real Estate Development at the University of Regensburg (IREBS). He has also written and edited several real estate development and investment publications. Stephan Bone-Winkel was awarded the Leadership Award from ULI Germany in 2014. In addition, Immobilien Manager magazine recognised him as one of the “Leading Minds of the Real Estate Industry” in 2015.
