Biographie :
Amy believes that what makes a place great is encouraging connection and fostering opportunities for experiences. She currently oversees the team creating The Coloradan, at 334-unit condominium project, and 16 Chestnut, a 430,000-sf office building anchored by DaVita, among other projects, as well as identification of new opportunities in Denver. She has most recently been responsible for the revitalization of The Landmark, a mixed-use community with 271 condominiums and 180,000 square feet of entertainment-based retail development. Prior to this role, Amy was the Chief Financial Officer for East West Partners in Denver, starting with the purchase and development of the Riverfront Park master-planned community and culminating with the completion Denver Union Station redevelopment. Amy joined East West Partners in 1999 when the company formed a team for the development of Riverfront Park, where she was responsible for debt and equity relations and financial oversight of the Denver operations. She was also integral to the entitlement, development planning, land acquisition and sales, and contractual oversight of residential sales and office and retail leasing for Denver development. In addition to these roles, Amy actively participated on the management team of the Union Station Neighborhood Company, the joint venture that facilitated the redevelopment of Denver’s Union Station. Amy is the immediate past Chair of the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) Colorado, Vice Chair for the Urban Development/Mixed Use Bronze Council of ULI and a member of the Steering Committee for the Women’s Leadership Initiative at ULI nationally. She is the President of the Central Platte Valley Metropolitan District, a board member of the Denver Union Station Metropolitan Districts, the immediate past chair of PlatteForum, an arts-based youth organization, and is an active member of the Young Associates of the Denver Art Museum.
