Brian J. Cullen Brian J. Cullen is the owner of a small Loudoun County VA based real estate development firm. Mr. Cullen has been involved in real estate related businesses in the Washington DC area for over 30 years and been instrumental in the development of major eastern Loudoun commercial developments including Beaumeade, Dulles 28 Center, Ashburn Center, Ashburn Crossroads, in addition to Oaklawn at Leesburg, and Willowsford - an award winning PUD. He developed and owns the Ashburn Ice House, Loudoun County's only ice skating complex, which opened in November 1998. Currently, Mr. Cullen is active in the development of number of projects - including redevelopment of an aging shopping center in walkable Leesburg VA. Mr. Cullen is a Member Emeritus of the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission and chaired the EDC Transportation Committee. He is Chairman of the Dulles Town Center Community Development Authority, the first such Authority in Virginia authorized to issue bonds for the purpose of furthering economic development. Mr. Cullen is a past president of the Loudoun County chapter of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, was a founding member of the Route 28 Tax District Advisory Board, and has served on numerous County appointed committees. Mr. Cullen was the Chairman of ULI's Washington DC District Council, and currently serves on the District's Governance Committee Brian lives in Loudoun with his wife Tracey and has two grown sons, Patrick and Danny.
